Happy Meal Halloween
It's not the same as the Classic Pumpkin Trick-Or-Treat Happy Meal Bucket, but it is cool that McDonalds is still making kids Halloween with Happy Meal Trick-Or-Treat buckets. This year they come with stickers, so you get to make your own pumpkin or monster face. This is a great example of "If it ain't broke don't fix it" marketing.
