I love to go to Fresh Market when I am in Memphis, but I don't remember ever seeing seed packets there! Happy gardening! Have a blessed day! Lea Lea's Menagerie
I think it's just a seasonal item. The Fresh Market in Chattanooga has a nice cut & potted flower section, and yesterday there was a small display with heirloom seeds. I couldn't resist!
It's so easy to be seduced by all the seed packets around! I have gotten so many seeds this year - I hope I can find space for all the plants I hope are going to grow...
I love four o'clocks! At my old house, I'd always have a bed edged with them and they really looked great towards July/August. They're also great reseeders.
I respect anyone with a green thumb, considering I don't have one. Plants add color and life to any space, unless there are allergies then that is another blog.
Sooooo, the spammers have finally discovered my blog. I'm not sure if that means I've 'made it', but it does mean that I have turned on comment moderation for my older posts. Don't worry though, I get the notifications quickly, and promise to read and publish anything that doesn't include random comments or suspicious links.

ReplyDeleteI didn't know when they bloomed, so that's good news. I've always wanted to have morning glories, 4 o'clocks, and moon vine growing near each other :)

ReplyDeleteThanks Tony! I need to post some pictures soon of how much the first seeds I planted have grown :)
Deletecan't wait to see the love lies bleeding (though that name is so sad!).
ReplyDeleteIt happens to me all the time. I am sure your plants will turn out great.
