happy earth day

I woke up in a good mood this morning.  Trust me, that is not normal.  But I played in the yard yesterday after work, and read a book last night.  The day before I spent the evening outside too.  Being outside makes me happy, and today is the day to celebrate that.

    The perfect way to spend Earth Day! I worked in the garden yesterday, too, but it was in the 40's here with a strong wind--I had to put my winter coat on!

Sooooo, the spammers have finally discovered my blog. I'm not sure if that means I've 'made it', but it does mean that I have turned on comment moderation for my older posts.
