I'm pretty sure that first one is horsenettle. It's not really a nettle (though it does have nasty thorns) but really its in the nightshade family, along with tomatoes and eggplants. Don't the flowers look like eggplant flowers? I wouldn't sample the fruit, though - they're poisonous!
